YWCA’s Workforce Development Program - EmpowerHER - helps individuals unlock their career options to reach personal and professional goals. Women can combine services provided by Dress for Success Nashville with a personalized career readiness training resource to reach their goal of gaining independence and greater financial stability through successful employment.

FREE services include:

  • Career apparel for women enrolled in a training program, awaiting a job interview, or starting a new job (by appointment via Dress for Success Nashville)

  • Interview prep

  • Resume building

  • Career assessment

  • Mentorship
