2025-2026 Junior Board Committee

About YWCA Junior Board Committee (JBC)

Our Junior Board Committee (JBC) is a dynamic group of emerging leaders and dedicated professionals committed to advancing the mission of YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee. Through leadership, service, and philanthropy, JBC members play a vital role in supporting and expanding the reach of YWCA programs that uplift women and families across Nashville.

JBC members lead and participate in committees that reflect the core work of our organization—including the Key to the Closet Committee, Social Justice & Advocacy Committee, and Weaver Domestic Violence Shelter Committee—bringing energy, ideas, and heart to every effort. Monthly meetings deepen members’ understanding of our mission and provide meaningful opportunities to give back through volunteering, fundraising, and community engagement.

While JBC is not a direct pipeline to the YWCA Board of Directors, it offers valuable opportunities to grow as a leader by chairing committees and serving on the JBC executive board.

Learn more about the JBC and how to apply by contacting Cade.Fleming@ywcanashville.com
