Every year, YWCA presents the Racial Justice Challenge to our community. This virtual learning tool designed to create dedicated time and space to build more effective social justice habits, particularly those dealing with issues of equity and justice. The Continuing the Challenge (CTC) e-mail series helps us continue this education year-round. Sign up for our Racial Justice and Continuing the Challenge emails in the form BELOW, and discover how racial justice and social injustice impact your communities, connect with one another, and identify ways to dismantle racism and other forms of discrimination.

Welcome to the 2026 Racial Justice Challenge, presented by the Harnisch Foundation and supported by the Nissan Foundation. We're excited you are joining us as a new or returning participant on this journey.
This year, we are focusing on the theme Democracy in Progress: Voting Rights at 250. For the next 21 days, we will take an honest look at the progress we've made to expand voting access and the work we must do to protect that right for all Americans.
