Our annual Holiday Help initiative is designed to give our community of supporters an opportunity to provide holiday gifts and urgently needed items to the families we serve year round at Weaver Domestic Violence Center. If you, your family, your group of friends, co-workers, neighbors, or your place of business is looking for a meaningful way to make an incredible difference in the lives of the women, children, and families we serve, please consider getting involved in Holiday Help.
Holiday Help launches the first week of November and wraps up on December 5. Please contact Allison Adams via email for more information.
Interested in volunteering?
To join our volunteer team, you will need to attend a volunteer orientation session, complete a volunteer application packet, background check, and sign confidentiality forms. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. YWCA does not offer court-ordered community service as a volunteer opportunity. If you need to log volunteer hours for a service learning project, please explore our internship opportunities.
To indicate your interest in our volunteer program, fill out this form and we will keep you up-to-date on orientation times.
