2012 Girls Inc.® Spring Break Camp

Twenty eight Girls Inc.^® participants from seven Metro middle schools spent a week in April at Spring Break Camp, hosted by Girls Inc.^® at the YWCA. The theme was “Creating My Bold Future”. All activities were designed to help them prepare for their future. Activities included learning about: nutrition, personal hygiene, physical health, the arts, public speaking and career exploration. The girls wrote in journals daily and engaged in group reflection at the end of each day.
