GED Graduation Ceremony 2010

Former Metro Police Chief, Ronal Serpas, told about 400 people at the YWCA's GED® graduation ceremony about earning his GED® on the way to earning his PhD.  Graduation attendees included about 65 GED® graduates and their friends/families.
