Transitional Housing Program

The YWCA's Transitional Housing Program provides on-going support and rental payments to women who have successfully completed our shelter program.  The participants rent dwellings throughout Nashville as they increase their self determination and self-sufficiency skills after leaving shelter.  This program provides women with assistance to create a manageable budget and financial stability, a safe environment for her and her children as well as community support systems to increase their emotional safety.
