Domestic Violence Service

The YWCA of Nashville is seeking a qualified, energetic individual to provide child care for children of residents living in our temporary shelter facility on Tuesday - Friday evenings from 5-8pm, every other Saturday for 4 hours and for occasional special events.  Qualified candidates will have proven ability to create a safe and creative environment for children, effectively interact with and engage children in play, interact with their families and to manage groups of children ranging in age from infants to teens.  High School diploma or equivalent, one year relevant experience and excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills required.
